Norberto Elder García (Jericles) nació en La Carlota, Argentina y reside en Río Cuarto (Córdoba) desde 1980. Publicó, entre otras, en las revistas Letras, Hortensia, Humor, Sex Humor, El Periodista, La Nación de los Chicos, Hola Tío, El Federal, el suple Humor con Voz y editorializa en los diarios Puntal y La Voz del Interior. Dirigió la revista de humor Río Revuelto, ha publicado los libros “El humor de La Carlota”, “Se hace camino al reír”, “El humor no tiene cura”, “El diario de Colón” –con Ham-, “Negro el 13” –con Angonoa-, y “El Imperio Contraataca”. Obtuvo los siguientes premios: “El Humor y el Vino” (3º, 1992), “Con Humor a River” (1º, 2002-, ADEPA –categoría Humor Gráfico- (1º en 2002, 2º en 2006), Premio “Jerónimo 2006” –con el grupo Humor con Voz- y Premio Carlos Fabre al Periodismo Riocuartense, Categoría Humor Gráfico, 2007.
